You get a cookie instead of a certificate. I take your certificate back, and trade you for a cookie. Congratulations! If you skipped all that and were rewarded a certificate that you didn't deserve, shame on you. You are now certified in Pilot's (Kinda) Rapid XML Learning Program. In it you will see a bunch of mumbo jumbo that really isn't important to you, like ìîäèôèêàöèÿ îòêëþ÷åíà.

Go to your C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.0\gui folder, and open the NoScroll.xml file. To turn that off, it's pretty simple, really. It forces you to press shift, which I personally like a lot. What this file does, is basically locks the ability for you to scroll in to your sniper view, or scroll out. I'll walk you through editing something that maybe not a lot of people dig, and that is the NoScroll. If you guys don't get it by now, there is no hope. Sheesh, I feel like I'm on /r/ExplainLikeImFive. The whole idea is to change the black words, that is inside the blue words, to correspond with your wants/needs, but making sure not to neglect the parameters of the green words. However, if you want MOAR INFURMATIUN!!11!1!, I will gladly give it to you. So from here I could basically drop you off on your own, and I'm sure this is where many of you will stop reading.

The false data is there to tell you the parameters you are allowed to edit in, without screwing up the mod completely. The actual data is what makes the mod work, and tells the mod what to do. There is the "actual" data and then there is the "false" data. >IMPORTANT:I) If you have Notepad++ installed, (which you should because I told you to) you should see green words to the right of the blue words, to put it in simple terms. Just unzip the file and drag n' drop the res_mods folder into your C:\Games\World_of_Tanks folder.
